A quality's length is not important if it satisfies all other requirements. If the user is going to have to fix other stuff anyway, however, go ahead and give feedback on it so it can be cleaned up in the next batch. If the length of the quality bothers you, and the player seems agreeable to this, you may work with them, under informed consent, to edit the quality.
