The Hounds is a large collection of mercenaries and bounty hunters in Loka. Many bounties and simple contracts are picked up by members of the Hounds, whose skill and abilities range from simple investigators to top-notch marksmen and negotiators. The Hounds lacks a formal training regime, though many will share experience and offer basic training to other members.

Controversy

As it stands, The Hounds’ reputation is currently in question, as they have been unable or reluctant to capture Professor Solaris, and rumors exist that The Hounds knew the location of Keluri, a wanted criminal, but did not act on this information.
