The headquarters of the Naraka Corporation and a chapter of the Academy of Knowledge and Advancement, Serendipity is a shadowy clockwork compound of steam and fire. Established in the ruins of a vast, ancient underground Svargan stronghold, it is the home of artifact technological study and it is also where the Beams reside, a giant geothermic steam turbine where much of Loka’s electrical power originates.
